Terms and Condition

​DELIVERY

The free delivery area covers the Kuala Lumpur. Outside of this area a fee may be charged.

The minimum order total is RM 150. Please contact us (+6017-6516953) if any queries.



​PAYMENT
Full payment is required when booking DE ECLASSIA BABY RENT items.

In the unfortunate event of cancellation a full refund is available up 48 hours before the hire period agreed begins.

The deposit will be required when the items are delivered.

This will then be returned in full when the hire period agreed is finished and the items are returned in the same condition as they were left.



​RENTAL PERIOD
The RENTAL PERIOD is represented by Delivery and Pick-up dates. (Example : Delivery date 23 - Jan - 2013, 23:00. Pick - up date 25 - Jan - 2013, 07:00. So the Rental Period would be 3 days). unless an alternative RENTAL PERIOD has been pre-arranged with DE ECLASSIA BABY RENT.

In the event that you, the CUSTOMER wish to extend the RENTAL PERIOD,

you must advise DE ECLASSIA BABY RENT and upon acceptance by DE ECLASSIA BABY RENT,

payment of additional rental nights will be added to the final invoice.

The CUSTOMER hereby recognizes that the EQUIPMENT shall be for personal use only.

Any Equipment not returned to DE ECLASIA BABY RENT on time as outlined in the Contract will incur:

further hire costs at the same rate as listed in the Contract; late fees for each piece of Equipment, being charges accumulate per day.



​DEPOSIT
The CLIENT agrees to pay a refundable security deposit.

DE ECLASSIA BABY RENT reserves the right to withhold any amount in order to repair EQUIPMENT that becomes damaged,

Lost or stolen during the CLIENT'S RENTAL PERIOD.
The CLIENT will be liable for any replacement costs and loss of revenue of EQUIPMENT that becomes damaged, lost or stolen during the RENTAL PERIOD.

The CUSTOMER agrees to clean any spills as they occur.

Charges will apply to excessively dirty EQUIPMENT that requires professional cleaning or replacement.



​SAFETY POLICY
The CUSTOMER is responsible for checking the equipment immediately upon delivery to ensure it is undamaged, in good working order and fit for the intended purpose. You will notify us on the day of delivery if this is not the case.
The CUSTOMER hereby agrees to indemnify and fully release DE ECLASSIA BABY RENT for any and all damages, liability either bodily or otherwise suffered by the CUSTOMER or any parties as a consequence of the use of the EQUIPMENT and hereby recognizes that the CUSTOMER is using the EQUIPMENT at its own risk and peril and that DE ECLASSIA BABY RENT is not making any representations or warranties as to the EQUIPMENT.



​CANCELATION POLICY
In the event the CUSTOMER decides to cancel the present Agreement prior to delivery of the EQUIPMENT, the CUSTOMER hereby agrees to pay fifty percent (50%) of the price mentioned hereinabove if the cancellation is made less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the expected delivery.
